Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
United States shipping
- Standard shipping: $5.99
- Free standard shipping on orders of $29 or more after discounts and before taxes
- Estimated transit time after shipment: 6–13 business days
- Expedited shipping, when available at checkout: $7.99–$11.99 with an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days
International shipping
We ship only to international destinations available for selection at checkout. Standard international shipping starts at $5.99. The final rate and available service are shown before payment.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise. Customs clearance can extend delivery time.

Delivery estimates and tracking
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. Tracking information is sent by email when available.
Address changes and delivery problems
Please verify your complete shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
If tracking has not updated or your package has not arrived within the estimated window, email hello@housmax.com with your order number. We normally reply within 1 business day.
