Returns & Refund Policy
At Housmax, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issue with your order or are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team at support@housmax.com We will be happy to assist you.
Please make sure that your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. If a package is returned to us or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Housmax reserves the right to deny the request or require the customer to cover any additional shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the order has been processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@housmax.com within 24 hours of placing your order. For the fastest service, please include your order number in your email.
If the order is canceled within the allowed time and has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
Please note:
- Orders are generally processed within 2 business days after they are placed.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 90 days of delivery, based on the tracking information for the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when it was received
- Be unused or not materially damaged by the customer
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be approved by our customer support team before being sent back
To request a return, please contact support@housmax.com and provide the following:
- Your order number
- The name used to place the order
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for the return
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
If you believe the product you received is defective, non-functional, or does not reasonably match your order, you may request a refund by contacting support@housmax.com
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- The item received is defective or completely non-functional
- The wrong item was received
- The order was not delivered within 90 business days from the date of purchase
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item, a defective product, or another error on our part.
If a refund is granted for a return not caused by our error, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Situations
We may not be able to offer a refund or return in the following cases:
- The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Delivery failed because the customer was unavailable or did not collect the package
- The package was delayed due to customs clearance, carrier issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- The tracking information shows the item as delivered, but the package is later lost or stolen after delivery
- The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery in a way that affects resale condition
