Do I need to have an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, there are some benefits if you create an account with us:
- Faster checkout
- Easy access to your order status and order history
- Updates about new arrivals and special promotions
What if I forgot my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” and you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact us at support@housmax.com so we can update your email address. We may be able to change your email address, name, or shipping address before the order is processed, but we may not be able to make changes once the order has already been processed. Please make sure all information is entered correctly to avoid delivery issues.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars. If your credit card uses another currency, your final order total will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate set by your card issuer on the day the transaction is processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When you place an order online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secured web page. Your information is then transmitted securely to our payment service providers for authorization. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, even after an order confirmation has been sent or payment has been authorized.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@housmax.com If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist you.
If payment has already been captured and the cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- A small cancellation processing fee may apply if the payment processor charges us a non-refundable transaction fee
- Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled
How do I set my shipping address?
Because our website system is based on standard English input, please enter your shipping information in English characters, including punctuation where possible. If your address contains non-English letters or characters, please use the closest English equivalent to help avoid shipping issues.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Your shipping address may only be changed before the order has been processed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to revise the shipping address. We recommend using a complete residential shipping address whenever possible.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination country. Once your order has shipped, tracking information is usually sent within 24 hours.
Please note that customs processing or local carrier delays may affect final delivery times, and Housmax is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other external factors beyond our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking information by email. In most cases, you will receive the tracking number within 1 business day after shipment.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If any item from your order is missing, please contact us immediately at support@housmax.com, and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our fulfillment facilities. Please allow additional processing time during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods.
Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday within 2 to 3 business days from the order date and usually ship on the next business day after processing. We do not typically ship on weekends.
If you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days after payment, please contact us at support@housmax.com.
Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
Prices displayed on our website are generally shown without import duties or customs-related charges unless otherwise stated. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once it reaches your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Housmax is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
