Does it work on sealed hardwood?
On sealed floors, briefly and on a low level. On unsealed or waxed wood, no — the moisture and heat can lift the finish.
Will hard water clog it?
Use distilled water if your area is hard, and empty the 1250 mL tank after each session. That is the whole maintenance routine.
How far does the cord reach?
9.8 ft, which covers a bathroom or a kitchen wall from one socket. For a whole floor, plan on moving the plug once per room.
